Hiking is more than a physical activity that’s good for your health. There’s something about hiking that not only gives you a peace of mind, but it boosts your memory and creativity.
The reason I enjoy hiking is that it allows me to become immersed in nature. Sitting at the top of the mountain, clearing your head and looking ahead at the beauty of nature is the most relaxed one can be.
